"Good idea - only thing is that it just notifies you of a changing angle not a changing height (not sure if that would be possible at all). So to give my hand a rest I could still drop my phone below eye level as long as I keep the phone itself at a 90 degree angle. So it`s easy to outwit (which can happen easily when your arm starts going numb from holding your phone up). Oh and of course if I put my phone down when following a recipe for example it will always activate which isn`t ideal"

Catchy name and slogans, but it makes claims it does not meet. The blog is an even bigger hot air balloon, look for actual posture tips somewhere else."

"I Just want to start out with this REALLY works.iv had neck soreness/stiffness an very intense migraines due to neck muscle spasms and this app has helped me quite a bit.
